From the college benches, we share a love of the profession and it was soon clear that we share the same vision. After graduating, we both worked at various practices to first learn the trade well and gain knowledge of practice management. Many practices are focused on treating teeth with many oral health professionals. Often also within a chain of practices led by shareholders. We wanted to do this differently. Not like the classic solo practice with a dentist and an assistant but small-scale and practice management in our own hands. Clients who see the same familiar face at every visit and where a relationship of trust can be built. This is only possible by paying attention to our clients.
Since we also know each other outside the practice, we work in harmony within the practice, both dental and practice management. We do this together with our permanent practice manager and assistants. We also consider it important to train people.
We love our profession and want to convey this to young professionals so that they can also provide the best dental care in their further careers.
After graduation, I worked in many types of practices as a general practitioner. Of course, I treat cavities and inflamed gums where prevention is more important than drilling and scratching. But besides healthy teeth and gums, I also focus on functional teeth by repairing damage caused by oral habits (including grinding) and acids. First and foremost, a person should be able to chew painlessly and effectively, but in addition, you want to be able to laugh and speak shamelessly. I get my pleasure from your smile and the relationship I build with you. To me, you are not teeth but a human being.
As a real Amsterdammer, I have been living in the Haarlemmermeer with my girlfriend and daughter for several years. With them, I enjoy travelling to all corners of the world. I love Asian cuisine and like to indulge in culinary delights now and then. I feel best among people and like to be out and about.

I practise my profession with great passion and love. I graduated as a dentist from ACTA in 2010. After mastering general dentistry well, I started specialising further. Teeth are and can be very complex, in order to provide patients with the best solution, I specialised in different areas. You can also visit me on referral. For this, you can have yourself or the dentist fill in the contact form. We will then contact you to schedule a consultation.
You can get in fairly quickly for simple treatments. We do not have long waiting lists. For extensive treatments, you may have to wait several weeks. We can also schedule several treatments. Your schedule is decisive. We always try to find a time that suits you best. For check-ups, we are even open on Monday evenings. For major treatment plans, we sometimes even deviate from our regular opening hours.
To preserve your teeth for a lifetime, we advise you to have your teeth checked regularly. This includes a professional cleaning as standard. Some may need a more extensive cleaning periodically. Of course, you can ask your questions and wishes at every check-up. As mentioned earlier, a treatment plan does not always have to be carried out immediately (in full) but we look at your personal circumstances together.
We have equipped the practice with state-of-the-art equipment so that we can offer you high-quality services every day. We perform almost all treatments with magnifying glasses for optimal vision. ‘Happening’ is a thing of the past with us. We use a 3D mouth scanner. The entire process to the delivery of the dental workpiece is digital, minimising margins of error.
Agenda planning is also as you would expect nowadays. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the appointment and will be reminded by e-mail and text message before the appointment.
